Obituary for Jerome Peter "Jerry" Ozarowicz

Jerome “Jerry” Peter Ozarowicz, 58, of Lebanon, died Tuesday at the Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House after a short battle with cancer.
Jerry was born September 2, 1957 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the son of Leo and Laverna (Kralovetz) Ozarowicz. He was raised in Green Bay and graduated from Bayport High School in 1975.
Jerry moved to Oregon in 1976 and married Sherri Ostermann on November 6, 1982. They resided in California, Texas, Germany and Washington D.C. prior to settling in Lebanon in 1993. Jerry had worked in construction and remodeling the majority of his life.
He was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church. Jerry enjoyed music and playing guitar, hunting, and cooking. He enjoyed all sports but especially the Blazers and was an avid Green Bay Packer Backer.
He is survived by his wife Sherri, sons Brian and Michael all of Lebanon, mother Laverna Ozarowicz, brothers Robert (Linda) and Thomas Ozarowicz, and sister Donna Chambers all of Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his father and sister Barbara Ozarowicz.
Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 10:30 AM, Friday, August 5, at St. Edward Catholic Church. A memorial mass will follow at 11:00 AM, also at the Church.
